It was created in the 1970's by Dr. Paul Denisson and Gail E. Denisson, who “were seeking more effective ways to help children and adults who had been identified as learning disabled”.
Educational Kinesiology means to 'draw out learning using movement.'
Brain Gym comprises of 26 different core activities that teachers can do with their students to help expend energy, relieve stress and subsequently enhance learning.
Today, people of all ages use these simple, powerful activities to enhance their visual, auditory, and kinesthetic skills for easier and more pleasurable learning.
