As I read, I am reminded of an elegant quote from Napoleon Hill:

“Within every adversity is an equal or greater benefit.

Within every problem is an opportunity.

Even in the knocks of life, we can find great gifts.”

Adversity is inevitable, but difficulties or misfortunes don't have to keep you from achieving your intended goals and finding the happiness you seek in business and in life.

It's how you overcome these adversities can make all the difference.

Every challenge we successfully conquer serves to strengthen not only our will, but our confidence, and therefore our ability to confront future obstacles.

In a nut shell, Leaders are not made in times of crisis; they are revealed.

What you do with a bad situation will define who you become.
