Yep! Valid observations!

I often play Baroque and Classical music selections from the Lind Institute of San Francisco in the background where and when I work.

I also like to intermingle them with music selections from New Age composers like Ray Lynch, Ravi Shankar, Kitaro (except his drums), Stephen Halpern, van Gelis and Yanni, just to name a few of my perennial favourites.

The science behind the music is brain entrainment, which invariably creates opportunities for me to reflect, contemplate and introispects more widely and deeply.
