When it comes to integrity, I subscribe to what C. S. Lewis had asserted:

“Integrity is doing the right thing, even when no one is watching.”

Integrity means being authentic and honest, and also having moral fortitude.

A person with integrity behaves ethically, and always does the right thing, even behind closed doors.
