I always enjoy reading - and digesting - inspirational quotes and intriguing witticisms.

There is so much one can learn from them. I like to call them, "compressed wisdom".
However, I also treat them like vitamins for the mind.
Here's another good one from Dr Maxwell Maltz.
This particular one dovetails with his fascinating concept of 'Nostalgia of the Past', as part of the success traits, designated as Sense of Direction, in the acronym S.U.C.C.E.S.S.
He postulated that the act of recalling sweet memories of our past accomplishments often would help in building and enhancing our self-confidence as we navigate the Highway of Life.
