1. Acquisition of requisite skillsets via up-skilling, re-skilling, cross-skilling and even expert-skilling initiatives;
2. Application and integration of foregoing skillsets to construct a concrete deliverable or create a productive outcome that can eventually add/compound/multiply value to your life, or to your work, or to your business, or even to your client(s);
