MOVING AHEAD! FROM CONFUSION TO COMPETENCE!

The above matrix is an adaptation of thought processes stemming from diverse sources, whereby I have incorporated a perspective to include ‘innovation’ possibilities. The imagery is designed to depict a realistic set of scenarios. Attempts have been made to add to the above model, whereby a fifth stage, is represented as:

‘Conscious competence of unconscious competence’, which describes a person’s ability to recognise and develop unconscious competence in others.
