THE STEPS TO POWER STUDYING IV

[continue from the Last Post.]

STEP IV: START READING AT DIFFERENT SPEEDS

After your break, read at varying speeds, depending on how difficult you find the subject being studied. Use the speed reading techniques where feasible, and slow down as required, when you wish to go deep into your material.

If the subject matter is intense, take regular 5-minute breaks at say, 30-minute intervals.

Do not go beyond one hour without a break, or else your brain will find it difficult to maintain focus.
